Clean and surprisingly comfortable stay. Pillows a bit hard for me, expected bed to be uncomfortable (springs) but slept through. Breakfast - had continental and you paid 5 pounds extra for cooked English which was cheap as portions really big (didn’t order). Staff were attentive and ready to prepare toast or clear up tables. Value for money for area, although tired walls/doors. Forget about having a bath unless you plan an hour ahead to run your bath then hubby has cold shower after managing to fill 1/4 of bath in 30 mins. Enough for my achy feet only. Otherwise comfortable stay

Rom great, location great, too bad herd of elephants were i. Room above us( we were in room 2) sleep disturbed. But big room refer and microwave, large tub and nice view to garden. Just noisy as it was near front door and people are inconsiderate and talk loudly as they go up stairs. Oh well, still great location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room we were given, it was so much bigger than expected. The little hidden kitchen is a really nice touch, so much better than just a kettle on a bedside table. The room was secure and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and approachable and I couldn't have asked for more. The city centre location is perfect for exploring London as everything is easy to get to from here. Value for money is exceptional, I would definitely recommend the hotel to others & I'll be back to stay again.

Never before but would come again but prefer not in the basement! It was kind of your reception to arrange an early check in but the basement was cold and damp and the bedside light wasn’t working, the electric oil storage heater didn’t work and the tv didn’t work, but the staff were excellent
