I would stay with you again. I liked the hotel very much. It is a good location for me when in London.
I was disappointed that the refrigerator in my room was broken and was replaced with a tinier refrigerator that was place in the bottom of the closet. Your staff was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. You have very good people working for you. I think your lobby could use a freshening up. Some new chairs to make it a more inviting place. I had breakfast twice. It was very good and had lots of choices. The eggs were done perfectly but the other hot food was not very appetizing. The toast was very good.

Excellent location as we wanted to visit the British museum and we had tickets for the west end, so both within walking distance. Staff were friendly and interactive. Room was spacious and what we would expect for the price, only issue we had was the beds were too firm for our liking, and the sofa bed was abit flimsy for our 13 year old. Probably wouldn't stay again but if you like a firm mattress then this would be ideal.

The only negative remark we would like to make is the fact, that the heating in the bathroom was not working. This made the time spent in the bathroom quite uncomfortable. It should have been checked before the arrival of the guests.

I didn’t eat neither attended conference. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was all right. I was happy overall with my room and building it self. Comfy bed, facilities good. Was pleasantly surprised by having fridge in the room. However, I would not rate it 4* hotel. Room and building is tired and old. State of it should not be rated 4*. But price was reasonable with continental breakfast included.
