Well located and comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Check in and check out simple and quick. Baggage storage very useful option enabling us to maximise the stay. As a suggestion would be nice to have somewhere private to sit outside. Other than that really enjoyed our stay with you.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Good continental or full English breakfast to start the day.
For us, a good venue in a quiet street circa 20 minutes to reach on foot from St Pancras/Kings Cross stations without needing to use the underground.
About 20 minutes walk to Piccadily Circus or Trafalger Square and Covent Garden for exploring the centre of the city or attending a show at night.

Initially I was booked into a different hotel, a small distance along the same road. I was upgraded and also provided a full English breakfast.
My room was at the back of the property and I had a view of the garden - TBH looking out of the lovely old window at trees with the sun shining was fab. In London, I slept with the window open, I heard the odd siren but nothing of road traffic noise, neighbours - nothing! The bed was super comfy and I even had a kitchenette - probably of more interest to those staying longer. There was no air con but didn't matter - had a fan and as I said a big window. The room was dated as in, when new it would have been expensive and en trend but now, for me it was fine but some may not think it modern enough. The TV was a good size and worked well. The bathroom was large, towels a plenty, wardrobe space not huge but more than adequate. I reported back to the reception the few things I would add on a snag list but they were not something I would demand a different room over or a reduction - just bits and pieces. Like so many hotels - they can get a bit tired and rough round the edges I assume because it means a loss of revenue when room out of action.
The staff, well they were simply lovely! Very helpful, not intrusive but courteous and seemed interested. The Continental offering was good, the cooked, well I am a stickler for great quality bacon and I think sometimes the companies supplying hotels don't offer the same but it was edible and it set me up for the day.
Would I stay again, yes I would because given the offerings of the competition in the area and the price, it was good value for money and so easy to get anywhere! I didn't even go to the British Museum but it was literally two minutes walk. Tube was about 5 minutes. Really did have a nice stay - I even slept until my alarm one day and that speaks volumes!

The room was way to small, I booked a queen size room and was downgraded to a twin without offering a lower rate. I could hardly move in the room. On the other hand, Staff at the reception and overall was excellent with all the little need I had, like transportation etc.

Yes. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Excellent location, walking distance to the theatre district and on to the main tourist attractions, especially if you like to stroll and enjoy the sites. Bus service, right next door into the city and plenty of restaurants and small parks nearby. It was great value considering it's location.
