Front of house team were great: friendly and helpful.
Main problem: very disappointed that at breakfast (served at White Hall) you manged on only one occasion to serve an egg with a runny yolk (four breakfasts, two eggs each time so 1 out of 8)!
Hopefully brtter next time.

Spotlessly clean hotel and very helpful staff. We particularly loved breakfast in the Grange Whitehall "secret garden". Only criticism is that toast came before everything else - but this is a minor detail. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed at hotel with my sister as a birthday weekend present. Excellent room, spacious, super clean, really comfy bed, nice extras like the kitchenette. Had a drink in the lovely 'secret garden' - a little oasis in the middle of London. Continental breakfast was super with lots of choice.
Every member of staff was polite, professional, really pleasant and helped make our stay great! Thank you!
