I did not realise that even a boiled egg is brought in from the next door hotel for buffet breakfast (and hence took a while). Similarly, when my key stopped working it took a while to sort out. The staff were most helpful though and friendly.

The room became quite warm overnight and only realised there was a fan in the cupboard the next day. Air conditioning should be looked at for the hotel (if possible) as the windows in the basement room I was in looked like they did not open so I would imagine the summer months maybe an uncomfortable stay.

A nice nights stay. Very well located. Room service was ok- took twice as long as estimated to reach me though and no condiments were bought up with the food, and steak was undercooked by what I ordered. Check in and out seems a very complicated drawn out process, could be simplified IMO although staff very friendly. You should mention the spa on your website! I wanted to use a spa & pool but didn't know until I got there I could pay £10 and use the Holborn one. Please advertise this more- who brings swimming stuff unless they know there is a pool! Room was nice- fan for bathroom stayed on all night which was a bit annoying and the bathtub had a couple of black marks on (looked like cigarette marks but I don't know) - but other than this it was good.
