Bardzo czysty pokój , wygodny. Troche slaby internet , ale sa tez momenty w ciagu dnia i nocy kiedy dziala dobrze. Bardzo dobrze wyciszone pokoje. Duze okno, które sie otwiera , okno z widokiem na ogród . Spokojna okolica . Blisko do stacji metra Holborn. Latwy dojazd z lotniska. Kilka pubów w okolicy, kilka dobrych restauracji i narów. Blisko British Muzeum. Hotel bardzo w klimacie miejsca. Dyskretny serwis i nic nie ginie.

Had booked the Clarendon for a long weekend at the marathon. When arrived was told I was now down the road in the Portland. Both perfectly acceptable although the fittings were very tired in the Portland and you have to walk down the street for breakfast. No concierge facility or knowledge of London available and just directed to a couple of leaflets for directions. Didn’t quite live up to the advertise four star expectations.

Spacious, light and airy from. Huge bathroom and tucked at the back of the hotel so really quiet. Slept well and enjoyed every moment of my stay.

I have stayed with Grange Hotels many times as have friends and family.
I will never stay with this group again due to the poor treatment I received leading up to my last visit . I am unable to understand why long standing loyal customers are treated poorly.
The reservations manager and staff need to be taught good customer relations.

Initially we had a reservation in Grange Lancaster (3*) but during the check-in the receptionist propose us a free upgrade for Grange Portland. That was a very good surprise. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet.
