Staff were lovely, but the wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls which wasn’t great. Fine for just a bed. Breakfast wasn’t great, stale pastries etc.

Portland hotel offered a room with good facilities, bathroom to small kitchenette with microwave. Large open feel to room, only minor fault was the net curtains in the bathroom that were threadbare. Staff very welcoming and helpful xxx

On arrival we were given an upgraded room, which was amazing. So comfortable, spacious and ideal for our overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back to stay if in the area!
