I have been staying with this hotel for the past years. I always like the friendly staff and its location which is near my client's venue. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you have a meeting/just want to visit the heart of London.

Pleasant surprise by arriving in this typical hotel at 2 steps of Bristish Museum, smiling and nice staff; especially Dariana who welcomed us on Friday, 11 in the evening. The room(chamber) was spacious and beautiful, a little bit soft bed to our taste. It's a pity for the breakfast, the morning staff did not explain us the menu with hot dishes (seen at the last moment) otherwise we are treated well to us with an abundance of fresh products and excellent.... Guard duty of luggage during our visit to the museum which helped out well to us. We shall return certainly and I am going to put a very good criticism on Tripadvisor!

Thank you for another wonderful stay. I was working on my laptop in my room for much of the time so it was great to be in the Lancaster (it's best for internet connection) and in room 1. Thank you! (The other hotels in your group require logging in every so often but in the Lancaster the internet is continual).
I had a lovely chat with (I presume) the Manager. Such a nice gentleman!
Everything was perfect and I cannot thank you enough.
I shall happily be back on Monday evening!
