Very hot day in a basement room so could have definitely done with air con. At the very least a quitter desktop fan & a socket nearer the bed to plug it into. Breakfast selection could also have been better.

The staff is always professional, warm, and welcoming. Single rooms are clean and cozy with lots of natural light. The continental breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere is calm and inviting.

The room and hotel were very clean. Nice helpful staff. The location is perfect. Just a quick walk through Russell Square and park to the Russell Square tube stop which is on the Piccadilly line that goes to just about every place we love in London. Very close to the British Museum. Our room was on the back and very quiet. The hotel is on a very quiet street.
