For the price I would expect just a little more. Why is the hairdryer in a drawer of the desk instead of the bathroom? The bathtub is dangerous to stand in. Our room was not vacuumed every day nor was the bed linen refreshed every day. There were no instructions as to how to communicate our wishes to the staff.

Hotel located close to the British Museum in a quiet street served by buses.
The staff are helpful.
Family room of a decent size, bathroom ditto. Be careful, however, if you are in this room in the basement, you will hear customers walking on the ground floor in the restaurant!
Otherwise, the hotel deserves a little refreshment.

On the whole a nice base to stay, but felt the room needed a little TLC / updating. A large dip in the mattress would suggest that it is reaching the end of its life time.
However we would return in the future.
