Love the small quiet atmosphere.Rooms always excellent and nicely not flashily furnished.Staff always very helpful and smiley. Very convenient for most London needs.

My room was generally comfortable, but rather warm. Even the water coming from the cold tap was warm!
The small curtain was very shabby, would not close, and therefore let light in. I had room service one evening; delicious meal. Helpful and friendly staff.

overpriced for what the accommodation had to offer, in my view 3 stars and not four. Accommodation was outdated and tired. Needs a refurbishment with modern decoration and fittings to warrant four stars. Plugs in walls loose etc. Staff on reception helpful enough but took almost 20 minutes to check in, no one else waiting as staff and computer system were not aware of room upgrade i had agreed several days earlier. Overall overpriced and poor and would not use again when I am next in London for a business trip. Dr Frank Beesley
