We, 4 of us, only booked within half an hour of our time of arrival, and were given 2 studios next to each other. This made it very convenient for meeting up, with lovely sofas and armchairs in our room for visiting each other. Location was great for our trip to Royal Opera House, with plenty to see nearby during the daytime.

I asked your staff to reserve a taxi. The taxi driver took us wrong terminal at LHR and i and my boss might miss the flight. More over He asked me for extra charge though i did not pay for it. I think you should not contract with the taxi company. I didn't have such experience last time.

I asked for a garden room and was allocated room 2 which was fine, however my colleague was in room 1 and got no sleep due to the doorbell noise and street noise. I also was disturbed by the doorbell , I wonder is there another option perhaps the Bell only ringing in the staff area.

Getting into the hotel is a pain. There needs to be a better system than ringing on the doorbell. During the night it there was an additional bell and what looks like 3 buttons, simply not good enough.
