The room was great, very clean. Staff was friendly. I left an item in my room and they were very easy to work with to recover my item and get it back to me. Will stay here again for sure.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. I think that the staff were still in training, so check-in was slightly awkward. I did not use the kitchen or health facilities, but would stay again as the room was very nice and the hotel is centrally located.

Excellent location - nice quiet street. Unusual to have to ring to be let in, but ensures safety I guess. Staff were all very pleasant & courteous. Very large room (103), with 2 settees, 2 arm chairs, fridge, microwave and large bathroom. Thanks for comfortable stay - I'm already booked to stay again next month.
